Banner Health System - AZ

I am interested in finding out too. I may take a temp assignment there, but would like to hear more about them from people that work there first. Are ou from AZ?

I am interested too.... I had been recruited by a headhunter last year for a position with Banner... It seemed like a nice hospital, benefits were far better than my present hospital... they even had a butterfly garden for their peds unit.

Unfortunately, it just wasnt the right time for me to move......

I think they also have traveler/seasonal employment plans.

Well here the little information I have about Banner. They use lots of travelers, and they have no trouble getting them to extend. Most travelers reported they enjoyed their assignment there, and there are those who have extended over and over again. Also most travelers who take assignment here do so at a much lower rate than in many other states d/t the AHA.(Arizona Hospital Assocation). You can always go on Delphi and get a blow by blow from the travel nurses there about a specfic Banner hospital. Good Luck :)
