Kuklara, school can be very
stressful. I have found that in order to be successful at school, you simply have to
take care of yourself.
1st: Take a deep breath; it's going to be okay. It really is!
2nd: Go out for 20-30 minutes of exercise. The endorphins will make you feel good, and the extra oxygen to your brain will help you think more clearly. I also find that when I exercise regularly, even if it's just walking around campus in between classes, I can "deal" with life/school with less stress.
3rd: Go buy yourself a bottle of bubbly, rent a favorite movie, and give yourself an evening off. Just veg out...you need to de-stress so that you can devote yourself full-tilt to the things you have to do (but do tomorrow
4th: If this is a continuously recurring problem, maybe you should talk to a psychiatrist. There is no shame in taking anti-anxiety meds, anti-depressants, or whatever you need. Life's too short and there are too many good experiences to be had to let something like school get you this
Good luck, and take care.
