Hello all,

I'm applying for the Fall of 09 PHCC nursing program. I have a 3.923 gpa and still need to take the NET.

Will anyone from the spring let us know what there NET score was and how long you have been waitng to get into the program. When do we submit our applications? I have not been able to get an appointment with a counselor.

thanks in advance,

riverratt

Dern, no one!!!!

I'm also applying for the Fall 09 term.I've already taken the NET and I'm curious about the scores from the spring also.

There are threads here re PHCC and net/gpa averages on this site for last semester. Just do a search and you should find several.e

I've read the other threads. I only found a few people who told their gpa and NET. I was just trying to find a couple more out. So what are your scores riverrat and newgoalRN? My GPA is a 4.0 and my reading score is an 85.

You have a great GPA, I'm not too up on Net scores, as I have never been required to take it. At the schools that I will apply to , they don't require them. If I keep the grades that I have now, I expect to have a program gpa of ~3.6. Good luck and well done.

Have you considered HCC or Florida Community College in Ocala ( I believe)?

Hey,

I have a 3.923 GPA and a 71 reading. Alex I dont think you have anything to worry about as far as getting in. I real nervous myself. My first AP lab test was real low and couldn't recover. Your reading score is great very few people even get in the 70's

I feel confident but this is the only place i'm applying. So I'm kind of putting everything on this. The reading part was difficult. The math was so easy i wish they looked at that too. With AP the only reason I did as good as I did was because I took it in high school. It's def a difficult course.

I am also applying to the Fall 09 program. I have a 3.5 & I'm taking my NET today. I'm so nervous about getting in, since my GPA isn't amazing, but I usually do well on standardized tests, so I'm hoping I do well on it. :)

Good luck. Are you from Pasco county?

Hernando county & I didn't do as well as I would have liked, so I'm going to take it again, and study fractions! haha.
