Hey! I used to work at Mercy Hospital and wanted to enroll in their LPN program. Just like you guys they told me i would have to wait to start in 2011, so i went to Lindsey Hopkins instead. I just started the LPN program yesterday,and so far so good. However, since you're in the process of registering and taking entrance exams, do you know about any information on their LPN-RN bridge program? I believe they have the "school of nursing" for LPNS, and then they also have the "college of nursing" for RNS and is there a waitlist?. Just wondering :heartbeat... let me know if you hear anything.

yes mercy does have a rn program but u have to have your lpn. and im currently studying for my entrance test for mercy that i take in july 5 to enroll in the year 2011. but in the mean time im taking the prereqs for their school of nursing.

i am also planning to go to Mercy hospital to do my RN. the info session is going to be in July 2010. Do you know anything about the entrance test the NLN comprehensive that we have to take. if any info let me know LOL.

I also want to attend the RN program at Mercy. I will go to the info session this July. I checked the brochure on the website, it said that you have to take the NLN PN comprehensive exam. Does anybody knows why it is said NLN PN instead of NLN RN because i'm going for the lpn to rn program. I have a feeling it is not the PAX-NLN, is it just a comprehensive exam the school offer itself? Any info about the exam please...is it hard...how to prepare for it...what to expect... Any information will be appreciate. Thank you...:)

The NLN comprehensive exam is like the predictor that we took at the end of the LPN program. It is about nursing

much like the nclex.... those type of questions. it should not be difficult. Review PEDS, OB, MED SURG, PHARM.....

loved mercy got my LPN there in 2002 , flirt with MR westfall and maybe he can move you up on the list LOL GOODLUCK PPL its an awesome school, my RN was a BREEZE

Hey, I am preparing to take the test at mercy hospital, and I would love if anyone could tell me what to expect on the test, how hard is it?? What subject is the hardest??? Does the book that they sell is really helpful and I can relay on it to study???please I am really nervous, thank you very much!!!
