LTC Starting Pay Tampa Area

I know this subject has been around everywhere. But, I'm looking for specific information and can't seem to quite find what I'm looking for.

I am a new grad LPN. I have an interview tomorrow at a LTC. What is the starting pay in the Tampa area for LPNs? If the dreaded "what do you expect to make" comes up, I want to be educated in my response.

I live in Lakeland, which is about 30 minutes from Tampa, and people I graduated with started at the LTC facilities here making $18/hr. If anything, when they ask, aim high...you might get a starting pay that's higher than usual.
