    Does anyone work at or know anyone who works at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale? Holy Cross is a Magnet hospital.

    I'm deciding between them & Memorial Regional in Hollywood.

    Any tips or info that might help me make my decision? Thanks.

    The RNs I know left Holy Cross because of working environment.

    Yeah and alot (I am not exagerating when I say alot, we just lost 6 night nurse and many more are turning in their resignation) of nurses I know leave Memorial Regional as well... But I have heard that Holy Cross is really good. So this is really your call.
    Please tell me which unit they are offering you at Regional I might have an idea.

    Did you end up choosing Holy Cross? I am a new grad and interested in working there.
