Hello Everyone! Happy New Yearrrr

Hey!

I am applying for Fall 2014 as well, I am so excited and nervous at the same time.

i was going to apply for FALL 2013, but i also got discouraged I was scared that i wouldn't be accepted and all that.

So, now i am just giving it as shot because you never know. So, have you gotten everything together (application process)

I"m also applying for the Fall of 2014. I'm so nervous going through this application process. Good luck to you all !

Hey guys I am too applying to the nursing program. Going to turn my mines in today.

Just hand delivered my application today! I'm so nervous lol

I turned mines in monday. Now all I can do is wait

Which is going to be killer lol. I've read a bunch of threads from people who have previously applied, and most said they won't give you an acceptance call until a week or two before classes (there were some exceptions though). When I went today there were a tonnnn of applications so I'm even more nervous now :\ lol

I know I saw plenty too Only 70-80 people out of all the applicants which is they say about 200 or so will get an interview. I hate that they wait so late to let people know if they got in. So it sucks for people who didnt get in to enroll into class

I know! I looked around and was like oh my goodness over half of these people are going to get declined... Ugh I just wanna know like right now haha. I guess the main thing to try to remember that some of those are bound to be minimum requirements only, or at least I'm hoping so because there was like 6 boxes FULL of applications. I've also heard that even after the 60-70 that get an interview only 50 of those will get accepted...

Yes I know only 50 people per semester such a bumber. This is gonna be a long summer. I just hope I get an interview

I hope so too! :) I really don't know how I can have a relaxing, enjoyable summer without being able to know if I get in or not... We've all worked so hard to get here and it'd be so depressing if we get the dreaded no. :(

I mean, seeing all of those applications was discouraging but then, like I said before, I've been reading threads and some people, this is only like a year (like fall '13) or two back, got in with a 2.8-3.1 GPA and mine is at a 3.5, so hopefullyy... Lol, but it all depends on the pool I guess. With only 50/200 getting a call, I don't see how a 2.8 would get in but that's what I read...

A 2.8 ? Thats Bare Minimum Maybe they had a great essay && letters of recommendation. Thats a horrible gpa to have as a healthcare student. I have a 3.4 sooo whoo knows how things will go.
