Do the hospitals in FL hire or prefer BSN over ADN?

Just wondering. I know they all want you to have experience and here in NY BSN is required for many major hospitals.

Everyone is lunging for magnet status. BSN is highly preferred.

A lot of hospitals *say* BSN is required but they hire plenty of ADN grads -- Florida Hospital in Orlando is a notable example. Aside from large teaching hospitals like that and Tampa General, ADNs are perfectly OK in Florida. Florida is DYING for nurses so hospitals can't get too picky, even if they say they are going for Magnet. But if you are worried you are better off applying for smaller non-teaching facilities.
