New grad! Jobs search nightmare!

Hello nurses!

I just graduated December 20,2009 as a RN, BSN and it is so tough to find a job right now.

I live in the Silicon Valley and it is like a war zone here! I am willing to relocate, possibly to Florida or Oregon but my priority is still in California. Any tips on what I can do? I am applying to volunteer at a Diabetes Society. I am also in the process of getting my application reviewed for RN transtion program, which is a program where I work four months with a mentor for free. I have been searching for a job every day for 3-4 hours, I feel very discouraged . I am also very nervous to start my career as a nurse, I lack confidence and bombed my first panel interview . Any advice, tips, would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's been a while since OP, but did either of you accept a GNRP with North cypress? If so, how was the training received? What was the contract terms? Thanks!
