Very Impressed with Studygroup101

Nursing Students Excelsior

I received my CD from Studygroup101 for all 8 of the nursing exams...so far I am very impressed with how much material you get with them and the way they are organized..I was feeling so overwhelmed by trying to just read all the books and follow the study guide from EC I was not feeling like I was making any headway with my studying...but this CD has helped me get very organized in just one day and I feel like I got some very productive study time put in.....Just wanted to thank everyone on here who suggested these to me and I highly recommend using them as a study tool (along with EC study guides, practice exams and books) Feeling like I can really get going knocking these test out..:clown:

I love SG101. I have used SG101 for all of my exams so far and have been really pleased, the CD's are worth every penny :-)

Are the CD's better than the downloads? I both HS 1 & 2 in as downloads, just wondering if the CD's are organized differently or is it all the same material?

Thanks.

I bought the H/S and studied it once now I can't access it for some reason. Any thoughts?

There is a time period to download. I believe you are suppose to save them before opening them.

I saved to a separate file this time.

I purchased SG101 CD a couple of years ago. Now that I'm studying in earnest, would these

be considered current? The Cd is called Nursing Concepts,Essentials Transition, Health Differences.

Thanks,

Is there any difference between the downloaded content and the CD's?

No. Just the method of delivery.

I just passed the Life Span Development test with an A. I used the Study Group 101 CD and it was great. I also bought the larends CD. I really did not like that one. The larends CD was very hard to use. There was an ugly nurse picture superimposed onl all the notes and it was very distracting and made it super hard to use. Also, you constantly had to put a password in there.

The my study group 101 Cd didn't have any of those problems. I studied just from that and was able to do very well. There were a lot of practice tests and that was super helpful.

If you are looking for a good study guide buy the Study Group 101.

I've am very impressed with studygroup101 and especially the price for the amount of info you receive. I've only bought the Transition and Health Safety so far - take my exams next week, but so far I think these study guides are very well made and convenient. I'm certain I will purchase the rest of them too. I've got most of the material on my tablet and I'm taking it to work and can read on my breaks and downtime (when I get any!!). I like the fact that there are lots and lots of practice questions, that always seemed to help me remember things better in PN - so hopefully it'll be the same this time! Wish me luck :D

:w00t: Got 2 A's on Thursday!! I'm so psyched!! Now studying for Essentials of Nursing Care Chronicity and Reproductive Health and just ordered my study guides for them, download style from the website. I really like this studygroup101 - I hardly used the books and I like all the extra practice quizzes. This may not be as hard as I thought....!!
