Repro test tomorrow

Nursing Students Excelsior

I am taking my Repro test tomorrow. Anyone know what areas I should really focus on reviewing? I feel fairly confident but just want to make sure I hit any hot spots tonight.

Thanks!

Mostly hear that medics tend to strugle a bit with the information? Any feedback?

I am taking Repro on Aug 17 and then on to Chronicity. My goal is to get these two done prior to October. How was Chronicity? I hear mixed reviews?

I personally thought chronicity was not bad at all. There were a lot of repeat questions from the practice tests on there. For me as a home health nurse with hospital experience, I felt it was on point with my daily teaching for pts. But if you don't work with geriatric/peds then it can be a little much. Read all the rationales for the practice test and know meds/ss/tx for glaucoma, cataracts, and other eye disorders. Know difference between inner, middle, and outer ear infections like their s/s. good luck!!!!!

Thanks! I passed Reproductive Health with an A and plan to take Chronicity in three weeks.

Congratulations!!! How does Repro compare to the Lifespans. I have LS 3 and repro left. I passed LS 2 yesterday.

Repro was much easier for me than the lifespans. But I also have 2 children and worked as a tech In labor and delivery for a little while. I think what determines which tests are easier or harder for people I related to what experience they have.

Thank you for your insight. So far, I feel that Repro is the easiest of them all. I also have 2 kids and tool 2 differnt repro classes in LPN school, as well as have always been interested in reading up on women't health. I can relate to the info in life in general. I very briefly looked over LS 3 suggested reading and it appears that it contains lots of info re: wound care, infections that I deal with in long term care, but until I really look it over, I can't be sure.

Thanks again,

Paula
