My hubby and I are buying an investment property and renting it out - the property will be put into an LLC (as per our accountant and lawyer), so it'll be our own little real estate company... we're purchasing the property in the next few months...

We did have a health supplement business and website but we were losing more money than we made with no real chance of that changing b/c our competition was so much more powerful... but we had amazing tax deductions that year
