Peer interview. Need some good questions

We are in the process of hiring more nurses in our ER....thank goodness!
I have been asked to be a part of the peer interview process. Could y'all help me out with some appropriate pre employment questions? What questions would you want asked & answered of new hires to your ER. I don't want to go with the same old questions you hear at every interview. Thanks!
