I have seen some Davita clinic offer a 4 day a week 10 hours a day schedule.so I have tried to get into dialysis nursing but havent had much luck yet. - Jan 30 by traumaRUsI have also seen multiple days in a row for scheduling. I think it depends on a lot of factors.
- Jan 30 by 3cdn1usaI make out the schedue for my 30 stn unit. Right now my nurses alternate 4 and 5 days a wk as we are down one rn right now. cchts.. i have 2 that want 5 days a wk, but most are 4 days a wk. nocturnal is only 3 nights a wk ( 1 rn, 2 cchts). i try not to do 4 days straight as it can get tiring and i would need a mental break also nice to ave a day off when kids are in school
- Feb 1 by cawkaznim really trying to find a 3 12 schedule. I want those 4 days off to pursue my RN. I also am interested in dialysis nursing so it would be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. IF i could land a dialysis job that is.
