I HATE TESTS!
But please, help me again by answering ONE multiple choice question.
I appreciate all who take part in this poll.

I was stuck between "Talk to your captor(s) as much as possible" and "Do not act as a figure of authority".

i think i would talk to them .. try to find a common ground .. or convince them i was on their side .. even though i'm not... then they's probably shoot me ... with my luck..

me too. I would think, build trust but don't be too pushy.

That's a tough one. Got stuck between, talking as much as possible or talking them out of malicious acts.
Think my answer would change depending on what sort of relationship i had with the client?
Id want to build trust without being bossy or over bearing and try not to get myself hurt:(
What is the right thing to do?

After just going through my new employee orientation I think and it may be gross, after getting over the initial shock, I would cover myself in feces and play crazy! Then hope for the best!
Now don't misunderstand me I was in nursing for 20 years & took a job with the state in the same prison system, so this is not new to me, just the job I have taken. I love my job, but being held as a hostage is still a possibility.
