correction nurses pay scale??

Do correction nurses get paid more than hospital nurses?

Not much of a difference, however if you work for the state at one of their facilities LPNs START at $27/hr.

What state is that, if I may ask. In tennessee, state nurses are lucky to make $13/hr. while working at the county jail the pay is substantially more.

Nevada pays RNs approximately $32 per hour, with a 4% raise due on July 1, 2006. There is a 5% differential for night shift.
