I can honestly tell you that I've been there. A couple of years ago, I was in that same place - I dreaded going to work, I felt irritable and snappy, and some of my residents got on my nerves so badly that I just wanted to scream. C
I ended up taking a few months off of CNA work. When I started again, I got hired at a completely different type of facility. I'd been in geriatrics before, and I just couldn't stand it anymore. I'm now working at a children's home, and I love it. It's the first place I've ever worked that I can imagine staying long term, and the first place where I actually MISS work and my residents when I'm not there.

You're not stressed out, you're burned out, but please don't leave healthcare for that reason. You do care about your patients, it's in your heart. The fact that you're concerned about your body language tells me so. I'm so sorry that you are being mistreated. Is fuzzywuzzy's suggestion feasible?
This is exactly how I'm feeling too. I just came back home from a very stressful night. I'm thinking the above advices are a good choice to think about. Because it depends on the environment and the people you're working with to make you work better. Plus, you have to think about yourself and how it's affecting your wellbeing.

Had enough of my current ward.
So, do you think I need to leave healthcare altogether? Or try another field?
