New CNA, I got hired!!!

Nursing Students CNA/MA

Published

Yesterday, I did an interview in a hospital that lasted 1.5 hours. They offered me a position on their med/surg floor full time and I accepted. I am so excited. They were so encouraging about my plans to further my nursing education and offer tuition reimbursement. Better yet, their team cultivates genuine relationships with each other. Management has an open door policy and they don't ridicule staff for making mistakes. They really have a heart for teaching.

I'm so thrilled! I know I'm going to learn so much there.

That sounds great, congrats! 1.5 hours for interview sounds intimidating to say the least but you killed it great job
