I am about to start a CNA program next month, i would apperiate anybodys feedback on becoming a CNA, career options and anything else that comes too mind about it :)

The biggest thing i wish these classes would instill in people is a work ethic

No class can instill that. That's something people either get trained in as they're being raised, learn the hard way, or never get.

duskyjewel, I disagree, allot of tech colleges have a work ethics grading scale on each course you take and the work ethics points appear on your transcripts these points do not effect your GPA but they do give future employees that request your transcript insight on your work ethics. You are also given forms on work ethics behavior expectations and it is discussed at the beginning of each semester. Classes may not be able to instill work ethics in you if you don't have good work habits but your future employer sure will find out if you do.

That would be classified as learning the hard way. An academic class can't teach you work ethic, but the consequences of lacking it can.
