LVN school first quarter...Challenge CNA exam
Register Today!- by SashaO Jun 3, '07My instructor told me RN students can work as CNAs after their first semester. I was wondering if this is true of LVN students because I am eager to work in a hospital envrioment.

"CNA certification or 2 semesters of clinical experience in nursing school required"... I think it all depends on where you are applying and what their qualifications are...

In California, CNA certificates are issued by the Dept of Health Services.
