If you know the names of the nursing homes around you check to see if they have a web site that they will put job openings on them. Or call them at business hours and see if there are any job openings and if you can stop by at a good time to pick up a app. Wear something nice when you go, and maybe they will give you an interview.

Thank you I don't get this whole thing is like they tell you we are hiring then you go and have you're interview then they give you a test and either the test going to determine If you hired or you're personality I yea I forget you need references at least 3 and last experience is like they are making it hard for new cna out there idk maybe I need more patience but thanks for info I have been trying for three months and I think I will look for something else not related to medical field with three kids I can't just wait is not fair

This pretty much sums it up. It takes a lot of persistence to get a job. Hopefully it works out for you. :)
