Immunization records?

Hi all - so I was informed that I need to bring copy of immunization information with me for my new job. Would this just be my PPD or will this need to include all childhood diseases immunization? If so, this is impossible for me to find. Would I need to get all this done again? Can I do a titer? What is the minimum I would need to do?

What was accepted at your place of employment?

Thanks.......

When I was told to bring in my immunizations if I had them, thye were just looking at the last time I had them. If there was something I didn't have they drew the titers. If there was something I needed they gave me the immunizations.

It might just depend on the kind of facility that you are working for. If you can't get your immunization records, call HR and ask them what they would like you to do.

Hi all update - So thanks to you I was able to have somewhat calm nerves. I had to fill out tons of paperwork from birth to current LOL. Meet with a doctor to go over it all. With my immunizations I didn't have proof of any so they did a titers. Should find out the results next week on what I need. I did need the TB and have it but they required a second part of it. UGH I dread getting needles. They also require a respiratory test that is set up in 30 days. Does anyone know what that entails?

My orientations starts next Monday I am SOOO excited!!

Wow! What kind of facility are you working for?

Hi Casi -

I will be working for a hospital. So exited :) By your comment, I wonder is this a normal amount that other hospitals require new employees to go through?

I start in a week - happy happy days!

For my hospital job they checked my blood pressure, my vision, took my immunization history/drew titers, did a mantoux, and asked about any past back injuries. All of this was done by one of the occupational health nurses.
