I did my bookwork for my CNA online but clinical training was done on site at a LTC. Any program that does not expect you to do clinical training on site with actual patients is not worth the time and money.

100% online class.....nope you won't find it. Like PP said you have to do clinical somewhere. Its probably a place that the class has access to. My class was able to go to the local VETS home. It was a great experience.

You have to do clinicals in person and the classroom time of 70ish hours isn't bad. it is worth the in person time.

Some places will do a hybrid program with lecture work online and practical skills in the classroom. Nowhere does (or at least should do) 100% online. A program that is 100% online will not meet the criteria necessary for certification with the state. Look around you local area, many 100% in-person courses are surprisingly flexible in scheduling if you have to work around a current work or school schedule.
The training school I went to had full-time early morning, day, and evening options (4 weeks), part-time day and evening (6 weeks) and week-end only (10? weeks) for classroom, and a choice of 4 different clinical time/location options.

Sure. I took my CNA class online via a local community college. It does need to be local, though, because it would still require regular lab sessions and clinicals.
