I recently got called and interviewed for a CNA position. Interview seemed to go great. 2 weeks later they stated in an email that my app was being processed and to fill out references to move along process. I was so excited, because I knew I had the job. 2 weeks after that and I hear nothing, no email, no call----nothing. Is this normal?? Do the hiring process at Beaumont troy hospital take this long or should I move on??? What a let down....

They are possibly waiting to hear back from your references.

Can you contact your references and ask if they received the forms and did they fill them out..?

Don't give up hope until you get a letter/email staying thank you, but no thank you.

pls follow up ur references to check if they answer the emailed reference, did u have the offer job letter on ur email?
