Nursing Students CNA/MA

Hi everyone, I am a current CNA and will applying for applications for a CNA and RN in the future. I want to know what kind of database does the hiring staff have access to. Is there bias? I want to know the unfavorable type findings and favorable. Is the only unfavorable thing violations/misdemeanors or are there others? Assume I know the basics. Northern California is my location.

There will be a criminal background check, and that can be local, state, federal, neighboring states, whatever they are willing to pay for. They will have access to google. They might decide to find your twitter or facebook. They have access to absolutely everything you do. They might do a credit check on you. Between this post and your other one, I'm thinking you really need to contact your board of nursing and see what violations they are willing to overlook BEFORE you invest money in a CNA class or nursing school.

Based on what I've read in your other posts on another thread, I would encourage NO ONE to waste another moment of their lives on this....and you, as represented here on AllNurses.

It's time to pursue your Fantasy scripts (stripper nurses? Really?) elsewhere. Far elsewhere.
