It says that nurse anesthetists administer anesthesia but they don't list any under the anesthesia providers. Given the group size I would wonder if they employ any. I can't speak specifically to Ft. Collins, but I will say that CRNA in Denver is a tough gig.

In five years in the OR there I only saw CRNAs used in one area, a separate GYN surgery at one hospital. Otherwise the only other place that I saw CRNAs was on night OB call. My understanding is that they are used more at some of the surgicenters and plastics places as well as VA/Kaiser/Denver Health. When I asked the president of one of the groups why they did not hire CRNAs he stated " why hire a CRNA when I can get an anesthesiologist for the same price". Given the current state of Anesthesiology - CRNA relations there I don't think that it will change soon.

If you go out on the plains then you will run into more CRNAs. Some of the western slope towns also use more CRNAs.
