Loan Forgiveness?

Greetings all:

I was wondering how typical it is for CRNAs to be offered loan forgiveness by their employers? Do you think this would be more commonly offered by an anesthesia group vs. hospital? If it weren't offered, would it be a reasonable request to make if offered a position?
