I was just informed (from our material management group) that we no longer needed nitro tubing for nitro drips. Standard tubing was OK. They said we were 10 years behind. Is everyone using standard IV tubing for nitro??

always used regular tubing for nitro.

Never heard of nitro tubing. We use regular tubing. :)

We use low absorption tubing for nitro, Cordarone, TPN, lipids and Diprivan.

Standard vented tubing. The only special tubing we use is for blood products.
