Listen and watch other nurses and I do mean NURSES b/c they all have different techniques that you can learn from.

Keep a little notebook that you can carry in your pocket and take notes of important numbers, Dr's names and their speciality. In tele there is every kind of Dr from cardio, neuro, renal, endo....I mean the list goes on and on.

Be ready to get overwhelmed and learn to find you're way of unwinding and coping after a hards day work.
