last I heard they were at 85.1 for the cut off average. Anyone receive a call since then to let us know if the cut off average has dropped a little?

Hi everyone, I have rejected my offer at Western. I have some circumstances that mean I'll be delaying my education for a term. Hopefully this opens a spot up for one of you! I'll now be looking at schools with January start dates again! Please share if you know of any programs, my best bet so far is with UCalgary.

For those still waiting, I'm sure there will be other people like me who will have to turn down offers in the next few months. I know it's brutal but stay strong!

I was on UWO's waitlist and got a call Wednesday morning (July 2nd) offering me a spot. My admissions average was 85.0%

Also fyi to anyone who did get in to Western's CTF program: there's a Facebook page for students entering the program this year: 'UWO CTF Nursing Class of 2016'

I'm not sure what the GPA cut off is and when I called in to ask, they told me they can't really say since there are other components to the application as well. I think that if you meet their minimum requirement then they will consider you as long as you have a good personal statement and reference letter.

I actually applied after the deadline, and strangely the program is still available to apply to through OUAC. There are 50 spots available, and from what I have been told from someone else, they interview about 100. I think they will continue to accept applicants and do interviews until they fill all spots. For this reason I imagine that it is a lot easier to be given an interview if you apply earlier. The later you apply, the fewer spots they have left.

I applied in mid May and received an invite for an interview through email 12 days later. There were 2 people interviewing me (although there were supposed to be 3) and it lasted about 20 minutes. Most questions were quite predictable after reading their program description. I received an offer of admission through OUAC and the Nipissing website about a week after my interview.
Hey! I was wondering if you'd be able to share what kind of questions they asked you during your interview through a private message or something ?

I'm unable to private message so if you can give me your email somehow then I'll be happy to help. Or look for the Nipissing spp 2014-2016 group on Facebook
