BSN in vancouver or toronto?

World Canada CA Programs

Hey! How are you guys doing? I am taking a gap year from finishing highschool and am looking into the BSN Program. I currently live in toronto and am looking into the colleges.. here you can either do the two year diploma and then the 2-3 degree i beleive. To further your education from a registered practical nurse to a Registered nurse. BUt that ofcourse is the long route to do it. You can also do the BSN program in toronto its a full four years straight... i did not take the U level courses that the bSN programs require here.. but in vancouver they are asking for a minimum 2.33 gp which is 60% a into the BSN program.. meanwhile in toronto you need like a 85%. SO my question is would it be better for me to just do the 4 year bSN In vancouver rather than the longer route here in toronto? I am thinking of douglas college or langara.... does langara and douglas have a campus for students to live at? PLease replyy it would be sooo greatly appreciated. Bye for now

Trust me, you won't get accepted with a gap of 2.33. Nursing is one of the most competitive programmes. Look at the college web sites for accommodation advice.

colleges in vancouver say the MINIMUM gpa is 2.33.. there are most applicants with close to 90% or higher so really, it's the same thing as toronto when you look at grades.. its very competitive to get in so you should probably upgrade your high school marks and take the right classes
