sorry to hear also. I am new to this site ,but i an writing my canadian practical nurse exam in 2 weeks , and am at a loss as to what to study exactly. I have been going over the grey spiral book and did the online mandatory test (predictor). but not sure if i should be studying more plz. help, i am desperate to do this only one time.LOL
I found the online predictor tests to be very accurate when I wrote the PN exam. I had a high score on the predictor exam so didn't panic about studying further for the exam. It was quite easy actually.

Guys, for everyone thinking that 3 tries is fair and all that ********, before 2005 you got 6 chances to pass the CRNE.

Where did you hear that? I wrote in 1994 and it was three attempts then. Someone from my class failed three times and that was it for her. And there was none of this "Well, I'll just be an LPN then" business either.

Some people probably shouldn't be practicing, which is one reason why they would have changed it. You may not agree, but 3 attempts IS fair. The CRNE tests basic nursing competencies. The majority of people do succeed within the 3 attempts.

There are literally hundreds of posts that contain information on how to study for the exam. Have you read them? What applies for the CRNE will also apply for the CPNRE. I don't think we need another hundred posts rehashing the same stuff.
