Where can I find a nursing conference close to Modesto, CA?

Hi, I'm a second semester nursing student from California State University Stanislaus.

I need to go to a nursing conference for my Intro to Research class but I'm having trouble finding any local or semi-local. Does anybody know of any good sites that list conferences in the area??? Please help!!!

Hi-5th semester at CSUS here...check with your skills lab instructor or ask if Sigma Theta Tau (Nursing Honor Society) has anything coming up or if they know of anything. Also, check the local hospitals websites for educational items they have:D You can PM me if I can help...

May want to check local professional organizations...AACN would be in my case (I work in critical care.) Many local chapters sponsor edcuational opportunities. They may be able to help as well.

What type of conference are you looking for? One on research or just any old conference?

I am looking for a conference that is research based. It is VERY short notice. I have to go to it by Dec 2nd, ah!!!
