I haven't received the email for the supplemental application yet. How does one submit a separate application other than the supplemental application to sdsu.

I emailed them about that on Jan 5th and the person replied saying "Hello,

The supplemental application has not become available. Once it does it will be located in your WebPortal and will be due on January 25, 2016. I would recommend that you continue to monitor your WebPortal. As of now we still have not been informed when the supplemental application will open, but it should be soon.

Also online it says SDSU no longer has a separate nursing application for transfer student. I do not know about other students. [h=2]New Application Process for Transfer Students[/h]San Diego State University Enrollment Services and the School of Nursing have streamlined the application for admission to the University and the Nursing major. Under the new application process, students will be required to submit an application to the University via CSU Mentor (www.csumentor.edu) and complete SDSU's Supplemental Application in January 2016. The School of Nursing no longer has a separate application process.The University will accept Fall 2016 admission applications from October 1, 2015 – November 30, 2015.

i have not either but i know they will email you sometime in january the supplemental app is due on jan 25 or 28 I read. So if you don't get an email by then I'm sure that means that we did not get in.

Does anyone know when the TEAS and health work verification is due for transfer applicants? All I can find are the dates for continuing students.

I also got it as well . You enter Teas score on the supplemental application and you don't send in anything until you are accepted into the program. Not sure about the work verification because I did not have one and chose "no" but I'm sure when you hit "yes" on the application something will pop up as far as directions. If you read the supplemental application it tells you everything. We will get letters of acceptance in March. What did everyone get on their teas?

lph1995, if you find out when the health work verification is due, please let me know! I recently just got hired as a new CNA, so I do not have 100 hours of experience right at this moment. If the verification isn't due until a couple of months, then I will be able to provide verification.

I think that it will be due once you are accepted just like everything else .. didn't it ask you how many hours you completed on the supplemental app? You can always email them
