I haven't received the email for the supplemental application yet. How does one submit a separate application other than the supplemental application to sdsu.
By the way I just want to ask a side question. This is SDSU Nursing school's chemistry requirement.
Chemistry (General, Organic, Inorganic, or Integrated with Lab) (Minimum grade of C).
Does it mean that taking either general or organic or inorganic chemistry will fulfill their requirement? Or do I have to take a series that covers all general, organic, and inorganic chemistry? I only took General Chemistry, and I think that might affect my chance
I'm not sure where your transferring from but I'm transferring from SD Miramar college which is local and SDSU requires from us that we take General chem which is chem 100 and organic which is chem 103 sometimes schools combine them so if you need more help go to assist.org and put in your school from the drop down menu then put SDSU and choose nursing there you will see what you need to take here is an example of mine
ASSIST Report: MIRAMAR 15-16 SDSU Articulation Agreement by Major
I am transferring a school from Los Angeles. I should have asked their admission office even before I applied for their nursing program. It just that when I interpreted their chemistry requirement, I thought any chemistry of the list will be fine (i.e general, inorganic, organic, or integrated). Anyway, I hope we received the decision soon.
You don't take three classes it's General chem which is one class and inorganic/organic chem is another class..... . Some schools will combined the two together . Look at assist.org or my link above it shows you need both chemistries unless you took the chemistry class that had the two combined which at my school would be chem 103. They don't offer that at my school so I had to take chem 100 and chem 130 in order to fulfill the requirement . You would have noticed you were missing something when filling out the supplemental so I'm sure you took the correct chemistry class that was the combined one where they taught all topics in one class

According to their catalog, the transfer student can fulfill the chemistry requirement by completing a chemistry course that falls under B1 chemistry area. (footnote page 367) Even though the chemistry class I took does not cover organic chemistry, it actually belongs to the B1 chemistry area. I think I should be okay then (I hope).
By the way, do you try to calculate your points? Mine is around 71(if I do not make a mistake), and it includes my work experience. I've been working as a CNA.
