I am currently taking the prerequisite courses and planing to submit my application as soon as I finish the courses, but I am now working 3 day a week, sometimes 2 days in order to support myself. I am wondering whether I am still able to work part-time if I got accepted, does any of you guys worked while you were in the program? Thanks.

Not necessarily! From talking to administration, they said they will have a better idea by the end of the month. People need to have their deposits in by the 31st according to this thread, so I'm assuming that still stands. There is no way that they would ask us to wait until the day school starts, that's preposterous.

I spoke with the Director of Admissions this (Friday) morning. She explained to me that of the 38 accepted applicants, they had received 28 confirmations that indeed they would be attending. This means that as of this morning, the day the deposits were due, there are 10 people that haven't yet responded. The plan is for them to contact those 10 accepted applicants next week, find out what their stories are, and then contact folks on the waitlist based on what they learn from those 10 unknowns. She was sure that #1 and #2 on the waitlist would attend, if accepted. She didn't know the story for #3. I'm #4 and I'll definitely attend if I can slip in. I was told to call the school on Thursday or Friday of next week because they should know more then.

Yeah, actually. I was #11, now I'm #3. I talked to the Dir of Admissions on Friday and she told me that there will be a lot of movement with the numbers within the next couple of months and that yes, actually... people will sometimes make deposits and not attend. Some people might not get officially accepted until October, which was surprising for me to hear. So, it really is a waiting game for the next couple of months. She told me if she had to guess, I will probably get in... she mentioned something about September. I hope she's right.

I am finishing up Pathophysiology right now and am having a hard time motivating without an official acceptance. So, so close...

i know the feeling- i'm scheduled to take o-chem and crit thinking this fall for CSUEB, but I'd rather have the time off knowing I'm in..

I am taking it through University of Nebraska, Lincoln. It's the most difficult online class I've ever had... Barely any review questions, no study guide or online discussions.. just reading and 6 proctored exams. I'll be so glad when it's over! Thank you for the offer, though :)

Okok... So this is a question I am really hesitant to ask administration because of how bad it looks... but what grade are we required to get in our remaining prerequisites? I got A's in all of my other science prerequisites but I am teetering on the edge of the C/B cusp for pathophysiology and it's kind of making me nervous. Anyone have any idea? Bueller?
