Hello, I do not know the answer to your question, but I was curious, if you don't mind my asking, what do you need the card for? I applied to LA County College of Nursing and Allied Health and have been waiting for the letter... lol

It's actually for the CITY of Los Angeles, not the COUNTY. In addition, only a couple of hospitals (Hollywood Presbyterian for one) require it.

This is the link directly from the fire department. It has the list of the most up to date fire safety instructors in the area, give them a call or shoot them an e-mail and they will tell you all of their dates. Hope it helps.
