Has anyone applied to the Keck Hospital Versant RN Residency Program? Just wanted to start a forum and update each other about the process! If previous applicants have gone through their residency programs before feel free to share your thoughts on the processes and experience!

Hey lrutanaj, I was just wondering if they asked you more behavioral type questions or clinical type questions?

Seemed more behavioral to me. Although I know at other facilities they are more clinical based.

I still haven't received any emails, so I called recruitment today. They told me not all units were selected yet and that we will be notified via phone/email whether we are accepted or not.

Anybody take the pre-hire 70 question test yet? Was told we would receive a study guide, but haven't received anything yet. Wanted to study up over the weekend if anybody has it and can forward it, or has any input. Thanks!

The test is an open-book test and no study guide will be provided. The test will be arrange by the HR and will be scheduled with the pre-employment health clearance.

Hey guys! I applied to USC's 2014 winter start program for the Neuro ICU. I was wondering if anyone got hired in the Neuro ICU in the fall and can give me any information on the waiting process/interviews?

From my understanding, they don't interview all applicants...only the ones that they are considering hiring.
