Agreed! I ate, breathed, dreamed the RN program. It was all I did for 2 years - that's what it took. Would I do it again? In a SECOND! (although I am thankful to be done!)

It's what I wanted so I knew there was no other choice but to work hard and make sacrifices to get it done.

@medlove... What would you do in the summer? So far I started my reading for OB and am trying to lightly scan some notes .. I feel like Im gonna forget everything

I had summer between second and third semester so it was a bit different. I will tell you that there is a HUGE jump from first to second semester. First you are mainly doing CNA stuff - second you start to work with primary and secondary IVs.

I recommend you look in your math book. You will need to know about IV calculations. Also - you need to know all about insulin - so read up on that too. Know all the different types, onsets, peaks, durations and you will be ahead of the game. :)

OB- that's a whole different animal. I am not a huge OB fan - so I just did what I had to for that rotation.

PS- I take NCLEX this Thursday. I am a little anxious.:nailbiting: I just want to be done. Think positive thoughts for me please!:up:
