I am moving to San Francisco area now. But not sure where to live yet. Very likely, I may move to Fremont as I heard they have good school districts. I need your helps here. Please recommend some hospitals that is friendly and pay well? Any hospitals around San Francisco Metro areas are fine to me. Thank you very much!

It is going to be more on what type of experience that you have. And depending on where you are moving from, rent/housing will be considerably more than what you are used to.

How much experience do you actually have?

I would definitely checkout jobs before moving, you may find something that you really like, but it is further than you had expected from where you end up living. And commute time can be crazy, but not as bad as LA.

Fremont is definitely a good place to live if you have kids. There is also a local hospital there - Washington Hospital which I've heard pays more than other hospitals in this area. If you want to check out hospitals in the SF Bay Area the cities closest to Fremont (in case you do decide to move here)with hospitals would be San Jose, Hayward, Oakland, Palo Alto - these are a pretty decent commute.
