Paying tuition at the My.Maricopa website

Have you guys been encountering problems paying your tuition at the website?

I have never had this problem before. EVerytime I try to pay my tuition, it is saying that it has encountered calculating it. But when I asked my classmates if they had paid theirs yet, they said they did online and it was the same amount that was posted on mine. What worries me is that the registration fee of the tuition is due on the 4th of January and the rest on the 14th. I will be VERY ****** if they dropped me from the class because of that. I have called the college itself and my school but they wont be back until the 5th. I so hope they dont do anything stupid and drop me from the class because they will hear from me for a very LONG TIME.....

Mine was due 1/1/09 so I went today to pay it and I was told by financial aid that because I missed a deadline they wouldn't my classes so I needed to pay for it before the due date. So when I went online to pay it said I had either a zero balance or my financial aid was larger than the balance due. I didn't want to take any chances so what I did to make sure I paid it was I had to use the credit card one and force the payment even though it didn't show a balance. I wouldn't take any chances because our nursing secretary told us that we will be dropped if it's not paid. So I would try again or when you get the error make to print it out to show proof that you at least tried and then be on the phone or in person on the 5th first thing in the morning. Good Luck!!

Thanks for that tip...I have printed out the page thats saying it has encountered calculating my tuition. And trust me, I'll be calling them early in the morning on the 5th and inquire about this problem. I have been trying today and still no luck. But I have emailed our admissions person at school, my instructors, and the director of the program in our school. I just want to make sure I got my bases covered. One of the instructors that replied said that I should contact our admission rep at school when she gets back on the 5th, which I will do. But the instructor also told me that she highly doubt that I will get dropped because of that... so that kinda calmed me down but still....This is just driving me nuts. It must be on the schools side or the websites side that they are having problem....My.Maricopa hasn't been any help at all and school is still close till the 5th.....

This whole new system has got me baffled! I dont even understand how to register for anything on this new site!!!! I have to call everytime I want to do anything!

I never liked this system. Always problems here and there and the tech support are useless....I know more than they do!
