Anyone knows the cutoff score for the teas v, or how many total points to have in all to get into bishop state community college nursing program?

I believe you have to take the ACT now.

Not just yet this is suppose to be the last semester that the teas test is actually valid. The act doesn't officially start til Spring 17. Unfortunately they haven't said any other information besides that.

Thank you replying. But Not just yet this is suppose to be the last semester that the teas test is actually valid. The act doesn't officially start til Spring 17. Unfortunately they haven't said any other information besides that.

Mrs Future RN - Are you currently in the program at bishop? If so what was the cutoff when you applied?

I'm in my last semester.

Don't know what the cutoff was. I had 185 points. I know some had around 150, but it really depends on how many people are applying. This was for the spring, so the cutoff was a lot lower then what it is in the Fall.

Okay well now I don't feel so anxious on getting in. Hopefully the cutoff isn't too far from what it was for your spring term. Thank you for replying and congrats on almost being finished.

That college was one of the most unprofessional schools I've ever attended. They have been in academic probation for ever . If need be you can't even get a student loan there because the school doesn't qualify .

I think that Bishop State CC has an excellent Nursing program. I completed their LPN program in 2011 and it was one of the top programs. Never heard of any probation or anything. But everyone has different experiences

Are you sure you're thinking of the right school. Bishop had some troubles maybe 10 years ago, but their NCLEX pass rate is 3rd in our area. They had a better pass rate then South Alabama and University of Mobile last year.

Agreed. Terrible terrible school. All I can tell anyone about that school is to stay far far away. I would even suggest withdrawing and starting from scratch somewhere else instead of wasting another dime or another second at that place.

Why would you say that?
