Why are you planning on having an anchor baby?

Your baby would be a Canadian citizen and require a passport to enter the US. Provinces can be slow to issue birth certificates. Passports can take two days to month.

What kind of benefits are you looking for? Financial? Why would Canada pay a health tourist benefits?

discharged from hospital 6-24 hours after delivery.

A couple of years ago it was around $14k for non residents to deliver
