Hi there!
Just wondering if anyone else has applied to the Yakima Valley Community College (YVCC) ADN program for Fall 2018? This is my first time applying, but I'm thrilled to have even reached the place of being able to apply. Does anyone know what is considered a "good" index score for YVCC? I'm nervous, hopeful, and excited!
Thanks and good luck to all that have applied!
I got my letter today and was accepted. And I don't have my humanities done because I'm finishing them up this quarter. My letter says i have to have them done before starting my fifth quarter of the nursing program to be certified, so you might want to look into what else you may be missing. Definitely set up a meeting with your advisor to go over everything!
@ccovey congrats! that is so exciting!
@yenetsiy yes, they had to have everything rec'd and evaluated by Admissions before 12 on 6/28/18 (The deadline was a little early today because 6/30/18 landed over the weekend). I turned all of my stuff in from the other schools back in March, just because it can take up to 4 weeks to get the evaluated. But you'll be all set for the September 15th deadline!! I would just start calling and talking with them at Admissions and the Nursing program to be sure that they have everything that they need well in advance, because I know I had to talk to them a bunch to get everything sorted out.
