at the risk of being closed for asking for "medical advice", can y'all tell me how you treat your yucky, achey, shivery, coughing, feel like you wanna die times of sickness?

You probably need to contact your PCP if you think you're gonna die.

Seriously, if you are quite ill, you should seek the advice of your PCP.
