The handbook mentions the orientation would be from 8-4 but email states it starts at 11:30. This kinda confused me.

I read that too. I think they changed it to 11:30am. I noticed there's nothing going on from 1530-1700. I wonder if that will be a lunch break.

I emailed and confirmed it starts at 1130.

Hello! 

I was offered an alternate spot! I was wondering if anyone started on their Complio? For the 10-Panel Drug Screening and the Basic Criminal Background it asks for a password. Will they provide us the passwords at the mandatory orientation?

This is what I found in the handbook. (Attached) I'm thinking they will provide the password or tell us how get it during orientation but it doesn't specifically say. It just mentions not purchasing that package yet.

You will get all of that information in the orientation. You're not drug tested until closer to the start of the semester. They don't test alternates. You just have to go to the orientation and they'll give you time to get stuff done if you're selected off of the alt list. You will have to do onboarding paperwork during orientation JUST INCASE. They also make a group email to give all updates after orientation, which becomes torture if you're waiting on a spot that you don't end up getting.

Hi Everyone!

Just out of curiosity, did anyone who got accepted into yuba get into any other programs?

So I was accepted as an alternate! But I haven't received any other emails yet. Does anyone happen to know or did they receive a calender or do they base it off of the Yuba college academic calendar for holidays or staff development days?
