Hello everyone! I just finished my prerequisites and will be applying for Yuba College's ADN program next month. I didn't see a thread for 2021, so I thought I'd start one. Hopefully, anyone else who is applying for the program can gather here to find support and encouragement.

So I am a bit confused for what alternates do. I know she said not to buy anything and to work on immunizations, but do we start uploading documents too? take the CPR class?

I didn’t see Wesley halbroolk but I could be wrong. I saw the Other Wesley but not him

I think the nursing handbook recommends doing the CPR. I don’t think you upload docs..but she did Dayton check on your titers for your immunizations

I don’t think we can upload anything until we are in the actual program ? I think she was just saying to make sure immunizations are updated and you have proof so if you are added to the program. After that orientation I have very low hopes of getting in.

Stay hopeful! I know the feeling.. I am at the end of the alternate list:( But you really never know, she gave me a little hope when she said that ppl were admitted as little as 3 days before. We have until January 25! If not...I am retaking my TEAS in January and reapplying in feb. I am making sure I get a high score to get in. we could do it!

Has anyone heard anything about anyone dropping out? is everyone still all enrolled in the program? I'm sure they are...just thought I'd ask...I was gona email gloria, but I don't wana bug her

Hello! I haven't heard anything else, but you should definitely ask Gloria! I would call instead of email, I have called her a few times and she is super friendly about it. ?
