Hi! has anyone applied to Yuba's ADN program for Fall 2020? If so, has anyone received their notice if they were accepted?

I spoke with a counselor though and was told that this cycle may be a little more competitive than normal because there are other schools around Sac that aren't taking applications due to COVID. He expects a lot of those students around Sac to apply to Yuba. That makes me nervous!
Yes, I agree. Let’s hope for the best. May I ask u where do u live??

Nice, that wouldn't be too bad of a drive! Have you applied anywhere else? I am also applying to Butte, but we all know how long that one takes LOL...I was thinking about applying to Sierra as well, but Yuba just really is my first choice.
honestly, I’m so all over the place, I am applying in February for sac city RN, arc RN, Sierra RN, sac city lvn, and then yuba which I think is in April. It’s so hard it keep everything organized in my head. I’m taking stats now and patho.
All the programs around me (in sacramento) are still accepting students. I’m trying to get a higher TEAS score but I haven’t been able to get past 87%

Oh, that's good to hear! We definitely don't need any of these schools to become more competitive than they already are LOL
How many points do you have with your 87% TEAS score? I know how you feel, the first time I tested I got an 88.7. Decided to try for a 90, and got an 89.3 the second time! I tested one more time a week later and finally got a 92%. Don't give up!
