4 yr old with new onset bradycardia & low temperature...any ideas what it could be?

Hello fellow nurses. I hope all had a wonderful nurses week! Applause to all the hard working nurses out there.

I hope I am posting this in the correct place as I am new to the forum.

My friends son is 4 and has developed bradycardia (30's) and a temperature of 96.0.

He has CHARGE syndrome, a trach & g-tube. He has never had this issue before.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
