Okay, in an effort to find a job, I have been forced to apply everywhere. Some hospitals I have applied for multiple jobs over a few months. No luck at all with a job, do u think its because I applied for too many jobs at once? I hate when people say apply for jobs, especially the ones you are qualified for, but dont look desperate!
What do you guys think?

I think I saw this post somewhere else on the forum...
I'll put pretty much the same answer here as I did there: apply for the multiple jobs but be selective. Most places set a cap on how many jobs you can apply for, either in total or within a time frame (e.g., you can't apply for more than 5 jobs in any one week period). So first apply what you're qualified for, then look and see if there are a couple of jobs that you're not quite qualified for but think you can really sell yourself on.
Also, keep in mind that in most places, all of the applications you send in are going to be filtered through the same 2 or 3 recruiters/HR people anyway :)
